Error 4115: Cannot fetch image for this customer

Problem description

When using Wedge web interface or API, I’m getting an error:

Error 4115: Cannot fetch image for this customer

Cause

There is an issue with your organization logo or user avatar.

Solution

Try removing the organization logo and/or user avatar in your profile.

If it doesn’t help, please contact support.
